6) Why do I receive no response after the payment?

You can refer to our provided postage as a rough estimation. However, we will calculate the required shipping cost including the product weight and packing weight and send it to you in the invoice.

No, we will not ship to any P.O. Box.
14) What can I do if the delivery company lost the shipment?
You can contact us after you confirm the shipment is lost with the delivery company. We will send you your order again without any additional charges.
15) What can I do if the items I received are damaged?
You can contact us to send you a replacement. However, you must have enough evidence to prove that the items you received are damaged through the shipment. Hence, we strongly suggest you to check the condition of your ordered items in front of the shippers before you sign the delivery receipt. All goods are supposed to be sent in perfect condition.
