Thank you for visiting MIL-FORCE online shop. The following session will show you how to use the online shop system to purchase our products step by step. If you still have any questions, please contact us.

Create an Account, Login, and Password Forgotten
It is highly recommended you to join us as a member in our online shop with a few simple steps:

In the main page (fig.1), please click the “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”, or you may also create a new account once you click “CHECKOUT” from our online shop (fig.2).

Then, please fill in all required information marked with a star (*)(fig.3). If there is no incorrect information filling in this member registration form, you will see a message “Your Account Has Been Created”(fig.4).

If you’ve forgotten your password, just click the “Password forgotten? Click here.” shown in fig.2. Enter your e-mail address and we’ll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.

The same as creating a new account, in that two pages you can find out “LOG YOURSELF IN” (fig.1) and “SIGN IN” (fig.2), just login with your email address and password.

Simply click “ADD TO CART” in the product information page (fig.5) and it will jump to “What’s In My Cart” (fig.6). You can see the products you have chosen and you can make any changes like changing the quantity you need or removing the products from the cart in this page. If you want to change the quantity, just enter the number you want and click “UPDATE” button, or if you want to remove an item, just click “Remove” and then click the “UPDATE” button, your shopping cart will then be automatically updated! And you can enjoy your shopping by clicking “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or finish your shopping by clicking “CHECKOUT”.

There is one special point you must pay attention to, that is, for some products you may find there are different available options you can choose like sizes, colors and types etc. Remember you must make you choice before clicking “ADD TO CART”. You can still make changes before checkout, however, it takes more steps. Since you cannot make direct changes to the available options in the “What’s In My Cart?”, you have to remove the product in your cart, and add that product once again!

After you click the “CHECKOUT”, there are still three steps to go for the whole online shopping process.

  • Delivery Information (fig.7)
  • Payment Information (fig.8)
  • Order Confirmation (fig.9)

You can make changes for the shipping or billing address (fig.7&8). These two addresses will be preset as the personal information you have given us. If you want to buy a gift to your friends from us and send it to his/her place, then you should change the shipping address. The invoice will be remaining to send to you, therefore it is not necessary for you to make any changes of the billing address. You can make different address changes in different situations.

For the payment method, we provide four ways for you to choose from. Please select the preferred payment method to use for your order. Finally, you will see the “Order Confirmation” page (fig.9). This is the last chance for you to make changes to your order, please check it carefully before you click the “CONFIRM ORDER” button. Also, you can write down any comments you want us to know in “Add Comments About Your Order” boxes in the previous pages. If there is no incorrect information in it, it will jump to another page telling you that your order has been successfully processed (fig.10).

In “My Account Information” (fig.11), you can change your personal information or password etc. Especially, you can view your order you have made, and you can see the order status in “Order History” block, including the messages from us (fig.12).

Also, you can save different addresses in your address book. A maximum of 5 address book entries is allowed.

This address book can make your checkout process smoother if you want to send the products to different places (fig.13).

If you have any problems during the online shopping process, or questions about our products, please contact us. Please click the “Contact Us” in the “Information” box on the left hand column and leave the message to us (fig.14&15). We will reply you as soon as possible.

Once you have login to your account, you can see the “Log Off” button on the top right hand corner. Simply click it to log off and you will receive a successful log off message from us. For the security reason, you should log off before you leave our shop.
